This explains what data we collect when you write to us or sign up for our lists, why we keep it, and how you can delete it.

What data we collect

Through forms

Name, email address, phone number if you leave it, organization name, and the text of the message. You fill in these fields yourself and send them to us.

Through your visit

Basic technical data recorded by the server: page address, time of visit, device type and browser. We do not use cookies for advertising or for tracking across other sites.

Why we keep them and for how long

We use the data only to respond to your message, to carry out agreed-upon work, and to send our newsletter if you have subscribed to it. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

For sending messages and the newsletter we use third-party services (email delivery and the newsletter platform). They process the data only on our instructions, for the purpose of delivery.

Your rights

Access

You can request a copy of everything we have about you.

Correction

If a piece of data is incorrect, we correct it at your request.

Deletion

You can request that we delete everything, except what we are legally obliged to keep.

You send your request to office@heritageintelligence.me. We respond within thirty days. If you believe we are processing the data improperly, you can contact the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro.
