01 · About the Project
At 5.5 metres wide, Petar Lubarda's The 13 July Uprising does not hang in a room — it commands it. Recently conserved and restored, the canvas is one of Lubarda's most important works and his homage to Montenegro's long struggle for freedom. Our design gives it exactly what a work of this scale asks for: an uninterrupted wall, a calm envelope and a single bench placed at the ideal viewing distance, inviting visitors to sit and contemplate. Nothing competes for attention; everything leads the eye back to the painting.
It is a principle we bring to private interiors: when you own a truly significant work, the most luxurious gesture is restraint.
