01 · About the Project
The sculpture collection is presented in two registers. Most works stand on freestanding pedestals throughout the room, so they can be approached and walked around. The most significant pieces are set apart in bespoke showcase niches, each lined with metal in a tone chosen to complement the sculpture it holds. The interplay of open display and framed niches gives the room its spatial rhythm and draws attention to the key works by Pavle Pejović, Mijo Mijušković, Krsto Andrijašević and Branko Tomanović.
The same thinking translates directly to a private home: a tailored niche, a finish matched to the piece, and light that reveals form.
