Temporary Exhibitions
A gallery designed to change with every new story.
01 · About the Project
A museum's temporary exhibition space has to be ready for anything: a photographic archive one season, paintings or documents the next. In the historic halls of King Nikola's Palace, we designed a neutral, light-filled gallery around freestanding white panels that can be rearranged for each exhibition, adjustable track lighting and space for wall projections. The system frames the work without touching the building, so the palace's historic character stays intact whatever is on show.
For collectors who acquire, rotate and lend, this is the essence of a good collection space: a quiet, adaptable backdrop that keeps the focus on the work and makes each new arrangement feel intentional.
